This 7 course set dinner menu is not only an amazing culinary experience but a cultural and historical one as well. Temple Food shares 1700 years of history with Korean Buddhism, and is “the food of of tradition that inherits the prototype of unique Korean food culture”.
I always believe that a plant based diet should not be dull, and this set certainly didn’t disappoint. I have not heard of 1/2 of the ingredients and never would have thought of combining the 1/2 in dishes.
