You wouldn’t believe how many “accidentally” vegan dishes we have in India! This Mysore masala
dosa is just one of them 🫓 The dosa was crispy and the potato filling inside was delicious! I absolutely love the range of chutneys they served with the dish. The coconut chutney (white one) is definitely my favorite!
The sambar was also warm and mouth watering. I can’t wait until the next time I get to eat this again!
