Crispy Fried Calamari

Did someone say vegan #kalamarakia ? 🇬🇷 Definitely didn't know that fried calamari were a thing in #Spain as well, but it was a really #tasty surprise! I THINK they were made from some type of #mushroom. The texture was almost scary, that's how much they were similar, but #veganisnotscary so it's ok ✌🏻 I really recommend you trying these! #calamari #vegan #veganspain #madridvegano #madrid #veganmadrid

Finti calamari fritti, fatti con konjac e aggiunta di alghe per dare il gusto marino. Buonissimi e croccantissimi!

Incredibilmente buoni e uguali ai calamari veri! Pastellati in tempura e serviti con limone e maionese. Deliziosi. Gran bel posto Mad Mad Vegan!
