I quite enjoyed this English breakfast at the Mad Cucumber. It is

a really calm place, with loads of breakfast and lunch options, so definitely go if you're around Bournemouth!

This glorious smattering of breakfast fare put the spring back in my step and the

flame in my eyes. House-made tofu rashers and uniquely flavorful sausage really brought this dish home. Nutritious, energizing, and filling - in a lovely and spacious atmosphere - it would be mad not to try it!
