This was such a delicious and special noodles! The broth was made of grounded basil
九层塔 and pine nuts. The mushrooms in it were so well seasoned, it soaked up all the flavour from the broth. Texture was also very meaty. Loads of chinese spinach. Lady boss said the Noodles were handmade with 20% soy bean flour. I finished the last drop of the broth, so delicious and very affordable at around sgd3.50 for a big bowl.
