Omo it is so fulfilling and yummy! Really good for those craving for sweet sour pork. 🐷😅 Apparently there's some difference to the vegetarian (with milk) and veganised dish (I took the vegan one).
Although a tad sweet for me, the serving of lion's mane is really good and worth the price (SGD$13). Slight pity they don't serve brown rice.
Made a trip here to try the tofunagi don but this stole the show. Reasonable
serving of monkey head mushroom that went perfectly with the Korean sauce. Served with salad veggies on a bed of Japanese rice. Delicious! Would I eat this again? Definitely.

You have to try this dish. Period. It’s insane! Umami from the tomato sauce and
perfectly seasonsed lion’s mane! This is how lion’s mane should be cooked! Always!
