😝I'm so touched when chefs take the effort to air fry food, with minimal oil. Rather than deep fry. Food taste better, and my taste buds thank you. This was the case for the tempeh patty in the burger~
🌾The bun not only looks bright, it is chewy good. I guess the many hours of fermentation is no joke. Another thing that touches me.
🍔The burger just... Taste great. Different textures, cooking styles, and a nice sauce to blend things together.
🥭Not to forget the mango puree and passion fruit salad at the background. All handmade. Touched again.
