I thought this hotpot dish would come in a hotpot to keep the soup hot but it came in this bowl. Was disappointed at first. But the soup did not disappoint, fortunately! It was quite delicious although not as spicy or salty as I would have preferred as it seems to be sweet! I think it's cause pineapple is used to make it sour hence imparting its natural sweetness to the soup inevitably. It was a satisfying dish with the rice and spring roll all in all. I would order it again but really would have preferred it in a hotpot style. No matter!
