This as an appetizer truly wowed me. First off, I love the creativity of mimicking
the bone with a wooden stick. The texture of the actual chicken was delightful, despite not being super similar to the real thing. The outside crust was crisp and covered in its glaze, and the inside reminded me of the texture of the homemade seitan I made a few months ago. What really got me however.. was the actual flavor of it. I don’t know how they seasoned it but it was heaven— with both its sweet and savory notes. I was impressed!
