During our trip to Utah, we stayed in a hotel right across from a cafe:
Love Muffin Cafe💗! We stopped in one day to peruse the menu and I was excited to find that they had several vegan options: including muffins! We bought the 3 vegan flavors they had that day and shared them: blackberry🫐, chocolate🍫 , and pumpkin chocolate chip🎃🍫! They were all large, fluffy, and moist, with a bit of that crackly sugary bakery-style topping.
I thought the blackberry would be my favorite but it was mainly a vanilla muffin, as the berries were a bit sparse, so it wasn’t as good as I expected but the bites with berry were great. The chocolate was better than I expected, as it was moist and not too cloying. The pumpkin chocolate chip, was probably the favorite as it was the most flavorful with spice and chocolate chips!
This was such a cute eclectic local cafe and I’m so thankful they sold some yummy vegan treats for us to enjoy!
