I went with a marble rye. You can also get either Seitan bacon or coconut bacon. I went with coconut since the Seitan is in a lot of the other sandwiches. The coconut bacon has a great chewy/crunchy texture and added a nice salty/sweet combo. Paired nicely with these local chips and one is there tasty cookies.
