Vegan Benedict

#organic #soulful How have I never been here before?! They have such an incredible menu & really great service. This was the first time I have ever ordered an eggs benedict as I categorically hate eggs & have never understood the obsession. Well, get out that humble pie for me again….! This was delicious - a really generous helping of avocado on top of baked tofu & portobello mushroom with English muffin (or as I call them - Muffins 😂) The hollandaise had a slight kick to it - maybe some spicy paprika? It also tasted somewhat reminiscent of tahini. Fabulous. Served with home fries & a dressed salad.

Really good! The vegan hollandaise sauce is mildly sweet tasting. English muffins with baked tofu, layer of portobello mushroom, avocado and hollandaise sauce. Side with hash brown and organic spring mix. #tofu #hollandaise #veganhollandaise #veganbreakfast #eggsbenedict #veganeggsbenedict

This was good in the first few bites but it was too drenched in Hollandaise sauce, which was overpowering. It was ok overall but I do prefer Meet’s Benedict.

Had roasted yams and vegan benedict. Really like it and came with vegan hollandaise sauce which I liked.

Delicious vegan Benedict. I wish there was a dressing for the salad. Otherwise it’s a great dish.
