Lotus Root and Tapioca Chips with Avocado Edamame Dip

Overall I thought it was good! It was definitely a very nice snack. I expected the dip to be like Guacamole but its different (a bit more beany I guess) but I think that came from the Edamame Very good snack and alternative to potato chips tho :) Overall: 7/10
