This is such a good bowl. You can choose your base - jasmin rice, brown rice, quinoa, different kinds od noodles or zoodles... then it's with lotus roots, veggie cakes, aubergine chips, carrots, cabbage, soy sprouts, spring onions, peanuts and really delicious peanut sauce.
