Mala Mee Tai Mak

Don’t usually have Mee Tai Mak. But this was surprisingly good I’d say. The mala

was a nice touch too.

I've never really thought about mala mee tai mak before so this dish is pretty

original by me! The mala taste is decent and noodles are soft and smooth.

Silver needles infused in mala. Texturally chewy and savoury 😋
