Lotus Biscoff Sundae

Very sweet and indulgent sundae. About 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and Lotus Biscoff biscuit crumbs, topped with abundant “Biscoff sauce”. The texture of the ice cream was somewhat like sherbet rather than traditional ice cream. The sauce was really delicious.
