My brother loves loop and scoop so this was the perfect cake for him. Luckily
it wasn’t me that bought it as it was quite pricy. It wasn’t what I was expecting as instead of being ice cream sandwiched between cake it was basically just a giant circular block of ice cream, there seemed to be a very thin layer of cake or maybe even oreo in the middle (It was hard to tell but I think it was cake). It was topped with chocolate icing and buttercream which was very hard to cut through as it was frozen. The cake was enjoyed by everyone and was a great alternative for people who didn’t like cake. Personally the ice cream wasn’t to my taste as I don’t rlly like chocolate ice cream and found it extremely rich but there wasn’t anything to fault with the ice cream itself and I did enjoy the serving I had. As it was rich though it did mean that you can only eat a small amount meaning it provided more servings than it said I would plus there was still some leftover after the party. Suspect it will last a while!
