This dish takes me back to my childhood. A combination of soy nuggets and chunks
of king oyster mushrooms are coated in a crunchy, crunchy batter (so crunchy I had to write it twice!), then covered in a sticky sweet & sour sauce that tastes just like I remember from the Chinese restaurants from my youth. Pieces of pineapple, bell pepper and tomato are in there too. You can order rice separately or have it without. My mouth is watering as I write this. It’s just so good!
