Lions Mane Po boy

I stopped here after an AV cube of truth. If I could give this dish five and a half stars I would. Lions mane mushrooms make for a delicious sandwich! and don’t get me started on the roasted brussels sprouts with the Gorgonzola dipping sauce.

I was honestly a little disappointed by this sandwich. The Brussels sprouts were a delicious side option, though!
