WOW - I was skeptical about this dessert as the staff said it had a
mochi-like center, wrapped in a brownie-like crust. I’m not a huge mochi fan, but this cake was one of the best and most interesting desserts I’ve ever tried. It was truly amazing and I would eat this every day if I could!
