um yea idk this was weird? I’ll say their noodles are nice and springy I guess and they were pretty generous with the minced stuff but that’s about it. really oily, sauce has this weird idk alcohol after taste? my brother said it was sweet and was like “why is everything here sweet” and he isn’t wrong oops. took us quite a bit of effort to finish this because it just didn’t sit well with us
