This dish can be eaten in a wrap, or on Ciabatta or rye. I chose the gluten free wrap which was made from Flax seed. The filling was super yummy. It had spiced charred cauliflower with crispy chickpeas and very tomatoes, served with mixed greens and chipotle mayo.
