Happy Cow Bagel

The best bagel I've ever had! So much flavour, everything went well together and it filled me up nicely. House-made Seitan with local Turmertic Ginger Sauerkraut, house-made hummus and mixed greens. It's situated in the cutest little farmers market in Boston. There's general seating at long tables with benches and it's just a lovely little place. 100% recommend!

I ordered mine with the Everything Bagel. It was amazing! We just stumbled across this place while wandering around the market and were so pleased to find that they offered vegan options. They have three different types of Vegan cream cheese! I was really impressed!
