Fried seitan with cheese, plantains, onion and peanut butter - a unique and surprising combo.

A burger that changes from your usual burger : it has a seitan patty cooked
in a fried chicken style, a few chunks of baked plantain, caramelised onions, a generous slice of mozzarela style cheese and a great peanutty sauce. I was afraid the combo would be too much and kinda heavy on the stomach but it turned out to be really well balanced!
Maybe not a burger I would order again but I am really glad I tried it : original and yummy! 13€
