Lemongrass Impossible Pork Ribs

This was so so good. I sincerely hope they add it to their permanent vegan menu since I think their vegan options haven’t changed much. The rice, the “meat” the soy sauce, all perfect! Not a fan of the achar but that’s my personal preference!
