Lemon Raspberry Muffin

A very tasty vegan muffin that my hubby surprised me with today 😋 Bunner’s is Totally vegan & gluten free. Pretty fluffy texture, with frozen raspberries inside for a little pop here and there! Don’t really taste lemon at all though lol Texture on the outside is a little sticky but otherwise really good.
