Okay, this place is cutting edge food where you least expect it. The menu is composed of at least eight different vegan variations of the TB Crunch wrap. There is a satisfying crunch when you bite down, and then so much filling that you have to be careful not to let it spill on the floor. This isn't one of those situations where you wish you had extra sauce either--there was plenty of buffalo and ranch sauces inside the wrap. This space looks like it is a converted gas station mini- mart. The gas pumps are still outside, but the inside has been transformed with subway tile, shiplap and Edison bulbs, sharing space with a Foxtail coffee shop. Plus there are local draft beers on tap. Super good! I’m not a super huge fan of imitation meats, but this wasn’t bad! The buffalo chicken was actually for my partner but I had half. It was spicy and the buffalo base was kind of vinegary but it was good. I loooooved whatever sour cream they used was. Super super filling. I was definitely struggling to eat everything.
Super good! This vegan imitation of a spicy Buffalo wrap really this brings it home as it tastes like the real deal. I can't put a word to it, but the "chicken" is a little bouncy and not as firm as normal chicken. If you value texture a lot you may notice this, but even then, the wrap as a whole will still satisfy a craving of chicken. The taste was superb and I would order again!
This Buffalo Crunch wrap was delicious! The breaded vegan chick’n tossed in their house made buffalo sauce added the perfect level of heat. The crunchy tostada, lettuce and tomatoes added great textural elements and brought freshness to the wrap, serve with a side of blue corn chips and it makes the perfect meal!
