All the food in this cute cafe is plant based and focused on a minimal carbon footprint. I’ve never had leeks prepared like this and was hesitant to order, but the staff assured me it was a best-seller. They were right - it was amazing! So buttery, savory and satisfying. The rye bread was fantastic but you can have sourdough instead if you prefer.
