Bun bo vegano y Nem

It was a great surprise to find this vietnamese restaurant close to Universidad Católica that had a plentiful vegan menu! This Bun Bo vegano was pretty tasty - just a little salty and the noodles a little thin but we are in Chile after all. The portion size was excellent and the restaurant has a great ambience. Very satisfied

Este plato esta compuesto de pastas vermicelli de arroz , tofu, verduras frescas y nem (arrollados fritos rellenos de verduras envueltos en papel de arroz). Muy rico sabor, especialmente el nem estaba exquisito. Plato contundente.
