Kung Pao dishes are one of my favorites dishes to eat, and this bowl from
lazy dog was super good. The exterior part of the tofu was mostly soft with a slight crisp, and the sauce was packed with lots of flavor. I chose brown rice for my bowl which balanced the dish out nicely. The portion size was great as well. I was really happy that this vegan option they provide was as delicious as it was!
