So in the early days of March, Impossible had
an event at Lau Pa Sat that allowed each customer to try 4 different Impossible dishes, for only $5.
While I was very excited for this experience, it wasn't really my style.
Reason being, the patty and the Impossible Meat were very soft and chewy! Im way too used to having my patties being crunchy.
So for those who really like soft patties, this may be absolutely up your alley!
Also hats off, because my friends said that the Impossible Meat really does taste like beef! So it's great for non-vegetarians looking to open up their options to Meatless Meat!
Also, you can find Impossible options in many places, like Vegan Burg, Stuff'd, The Tiramisu Hero, P.S Cafe, Nature Cafe and many more! :)
