Lasagna Butternut Squash

My amazing mother in law got me this deeeeelicious #butternutsquash #lasagna when I went to visit her. It was so flavourful, but the texture was not great. It was also gluten free, so it was very mushy. I am unsure of the price, as it was bought for me.

I have never seen a Butternut Squash #lasagna before. Just wow!!! So #unique! This was $32.95. It was described as "Cream roasted butternut squash lasagna with spinach. This lasagna is one of our top sellers. With layers of sauce, noodles, house-made cashew ricotta and shredded vegan cheese, it’s hard to resist a second serving." Everyone loved it at my bridal shower. It was amazing. I am not a huge Butternut Squash gal, but this was #yummy!
