Lasagna

So tasty and absolutely love it! Even my non vegan friend was surprised how delicious it was!

It’s a healthy take on the beloved comfort dish, filled with veggies, tomato sauce and vegan cheese, it was warm and good but I’m not the biggest fan of squash and it’s texture and there’s a whole layer of it plus the dish was a bit pricey
