It consisted of (clockwise from top): Impossible Beef Rolls – crispy rolls filled with curried Impossible Foods ground beef and potatoes. Served with a mild green chili sauce. Cashew Fried Rice – with carrots and other veggies. Deviled Pork – meaty, spicy, saucy 🐷-free black pork curry with tomatoes and banana peppers. Stir-fried Garlic Egg Noodles – springy, soft noodles with fluffy 🐔-free 🥚, scallions, and carrots. Vegetable Chop Suey – carrots, onions, cabbage, water chestnuts, and baby corn. House-made Chili Paste – full of flavor and 🔥. Parippu (Dahl) – lentil curry made with coconut milk, mustard seeds, curry leaves, rampe, and dried red chilies. Ala Kiri Hodi (Potato Curry) – mild potato curry with a coconut gravy of turmeric, curry leaves, rampe, and onions.
