Laksa noodle soup

One of my least preferred vegan laksas in Melbourne. Not spicy enough, and lacking in a lot of the punchier or sharper flavours I’m normally expecting. Overall not bad though. Also comes with bean shoots, mint, lime and cabbage for you to put in yourself — pho style.

Delicious laksa dish with a wide variety of plant-based ingredients. Great soup base!
