Hands down the best Vegan Ruben I’ve tried so far, sauerkraut,
cashew cheese, 1000 island dressing on marble rye that crunches on every bite 🤤
The Beet N Bean burger has a nice thick grilled patty, cashew cheese, grilled portobellos, avocado, lettuce, pico de gallo with cashew spread on the bun, all that and still held together nicely.
