Oh how long I had waited to try these!! They have been on my abillion
list for years, and finally I have managed to go to Venice and try them. Probably the best vegan #ravioli I have ever eaten 😏
They are filled with #porcini mushrooms and #seitan and covered in #roast sauce, and every part is mind blowing… It was the first time in years that I tasted this roast flavour, as of course usually it’s not vegan, but tasting it so perfect in this #veganrestaurant reminded me how everyyyything can be made vegan these days.
Pricy, 4 ravioli for 15€, but the place is also in the main island in Venice, so prices are around there also for non-vegan restaurants.
Great service too, would recommend and cannot wait to be back.
