Ravioli with Seitan

Oh how long I had waited to try these!! They have been on my abillion

list for years, and finally I have managed to go to Venice and try them. Probably the best vegan #ravioli I have ever eaten 😏
They are filled with #porcini mushrooms and #seitan and covered in #roast sauce, and every part is mind blowing… It was the first time in years that I tasted this roast flavour, as of course usually it’s not vegan, but tasting it so perfect in this #veganrestaurant reminded me how everyyyything can be made vegan these days.
Pricy, 4 ravioli for 15€, but the place is also in the main island in Venice, so prices are around there also for non-vegan restaurants.
Great service too, would recommend and cannot wait to be back.

Beautiful creative dish and very delicious. A surprisingly great place away from the crowds in

Venice. The owners are modest couple who serve this high class chef dishes without making a fuss out of it. Must visit if you’re in Venice.

€. When you miss granny’s ravioli you can eat these ones without telling the difference (almost). That sauce’s ingredients is not listed on the menu and that is too bad, but it’s a secret best kept hidden.

anacardi a dir poco deliziosi, buonissimo il sapore del ripieno senza che il gusto dei porcini prevalesse sul resto, la crema delicata,voto 10...lo staff della Tecia vegana è accogliente e cordiale.

è davvero economico.
L'altro piatto è la lasagna, che ho assaggiato ma apprezzato meno: la pasta di farro a mio avviso ha un sapore troppo deciso, che rovina un po' quello generale del piatto

Sono 4 ravioli belli grossi, due bianchi e due neri al carbone vegetale, ripieni di

seitan e porcini, serviti con anacardi ed un buon sughetto.
Davvero buonissimi, tra i migliori assaggiati.

Un buonissimo piatto molto saziante, anche se non proprio tra i miei preferiti. Il sugo

era davvero un sugo d'arrosto. Il ripieno era molto abbondante e sembrava un ragù bianco (il che non mi ha fatto impazzire). Dovevano esserci anche i porcini ma io non li ho sentiti. Molto buona la pasta! 15.5 euro

G L I O S I. personale gentilissimo. Il mio ragazzo (onnivoro) ha preso le lasagne ed è rimasto sconvolto dalla bontà.
