Delicious and filling, the avocado really hit the spot! It’s in a cute little area called the Avanti Food and Beverage stop! Went with my lovely friend Vega here! This arepa has black beans, sweet fried plantains, fresh avocado and a spicy vegan sauce! Yum 🤤 #colorado #arepas #yummy

It’s pretty expensive at $10 an arepa but they fill them up a lot so it’s pretty filling. The fried plantains and the green salsa are incredible 🤤
