These were ok. Nice crunchy tempura but the types of vegetables used were a bit
strange to me (carrots, green beans, aubergines, and zucchini). I know that these vegetables are what is locally available here in Seville but sweet potato would have been much nicer than the carrot for sure. The wait staff couldn’t really name the dipping sauce that came with it for me (it wasn’t listed on the menu), but she said it was some mixture of sugar, water and soy sauce. Definitely no fish, so that’s ok.
