La Gringa is probably one of the best waffle I had from Jessy's Waffles. It's like a burrito on a crispy savory treat 😍 love it!

So good! Not too spicy and very good portion. Very filling! It had a BBQ base with black beans, corn, salsa, avocado, and spicy mayo on top 😄

Thinner than the other waffles, the entire taste profile was like eating nachos which I loved! BBQ base, topped with black beans, corn, salsa and guacamole and spicy mayo.
