The tacos were all delicious but the ones with braised hibiscus flowers were out of this world - a flavour profile I’ve never experienced before! All the corn they use to make the tortillas is made of native #nongmo farmers in Mexico. The restaurant is #femaleinspired and received an award from #michelinguide. The restaurant is also super #sustainable, transforming food scraps into #greenenergy and their root-to-stalk #naturalingredients usage. Will most definitely be returning!
