Kung Pao King Oyster Mushroom Rice

another..... sweet & sour dish..... i LOVE the mushrooms so keep em coming

My fav dish so far! It’s slightly sweet and savoury, goes well w the rice + has cashew nuts. Hugeee portion of king mushrooms (might be enough for 2) and mushrooms are usually super expensive so super value for money here

The serving size of mushrooms is large, which makes its $6.80 price tag in a cafe setting kinda worth it. Drenched in tasty & mildly spicy kung pao sauce! :)
