One of the most weirdly delicious things I’ve ever eaten. The potato is so melted

that it’s almost like a creamy mash, the sauce and kimchi are yum and the skin is perfectly crispy. It’s also deceptively filling.

One of the best jacket potatoes I've ever had. They bake them, remove the centre

of the potato then rebake the skin so it's really crispy. Then they mix the centre with vegan cheeze, then top with smoky tofu, kimchi and other bits and pieces. Delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it!
