Kueh Bengka Ubi

It is incredibly rare to find vegan kueh bengka ubi (baked tapoica cake), so I was psyched to find out this was made without eggs. This is another class act and caramelly favourful with browned crust (just ⬅️ to look at that). Would return just for this with coffee.
