This dish was YUM, delicious, exciting, nourishing, and just pure joy. Every single mouth full was a feast.
Me and my better half always share, I was still busy eating when his half burger was pushed infront of me, so I surrendered my bowl. He even said this was beyond delicious. We both might order this again next time. The portion wax very generous.
It was a warm bowl of #brownrice #quinoa with stir fry veggies, #babyspinach #broccoli #mushrooms #cucumber #roastedcashews #sesame #lime and covered with a #gochujang sauce.
The shop was beautiful. It was situated in the food Court in Santon city. People all around us was eating "happy meal" from mostly McDonalds and KFC, when infact we were the only ones with happy meals, our meals made #veganisnotscary , nothing suffered for our plates, our plates was full of peace, we did not sacrifice on taste, happiness or sustenance.
