I’ve been disappointed with Kauai over the last few years. Prices have gone up and the quality of the vegan meals has been bland and poor.. but this meal exceeded my very low expectations! It’s actually delicious, great flavours, rice was to my liking, fresh lime squeezed over was a great touch as well as rhe crunch from the cashews. I’ll definitely revisit for this meal and keen to try the new soups as well.
