Great that they already had a vegan option for this menu item which replaces beef with marinated tofu and roasted chickpeas. Really loved the uniqueness of the salad base which was a far more exciting combination of raw bok choy and ribboned kale than your usual mesclun. The brussel sprouts kimchi was also a standout topping - not something I would ever thing of, but works beautifully! The tofu and chickpeas added some spice and two very different yes complimentary textures. Pricy at $24, yes, but I’d say well worth it for the uniqueness, taste and presentation on the dish and the lovely ambience and service we received. A great place for a special occasion!
