This was such a good sandwich to have, loved the really spicy juicy whole green chillis, the fresh Herby creamy sauce and the unami savoury seitan pieces. Was only a little messy and held up together very well. Seitan doner, with cabbage, onions vegan tzatziki, tomatoes and chilli sauce.. unbelievable
