Kombu Pumpkin Mushroom Soup with Multigrain Rice

Since this came with rice, I wasn't expecting it to be so watery. It wasn't bad, but a little bland tasting.

Good God, #kombu #pumpkin #mushroomsoup with #multigrain #rice which part of that doesn't sound #toohealthy 😔 Giving it a low nutrition score because that scale is inverted for me 🤪 Also don't know whose great idea it was to submerge rice in a huge bowl of soup. I'll say it now - it doesn't work 😖
