Kochchi Pizza

Kochchi is a type of hot Chilli. They use a sauce made of kochchi. The pizza usually comes with oyster mushrooms but you can ask for seitan topping. Yummy! But would have been better if seitan was just broken into prices than cut. When baked the edges had become little hard.
